The New York City nonprofit, Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, offers over 90 services. To create an understanding and awareness of these programs, our annual report design used categories and explained them for donors and mental health professionals with photography, quotations and editorial sidebars. We worked with the primary writer, the Manager of Communications, using a story-telling approach to communicate the brand promise. By bringing the services alive to readers and employees, the report also functioned as a capabilities brochure.
